This recipe was easy to follow and make and tasted just like what we had in Japan. I appreciated the heads up to use japanese panko vs italian as it did make a difference . I also liked (new method for me) putting the chicken on a cookie drying rack in the oven, which made it crispy on both sides.5 stars

We have not tested this recipe with an air fryer, but it should work. To avoid overcooking, decrease the temperature by about 25 degrees Fahrenheit and shorten the cook time. We hope this helps!

I stir fried cabbage green onion and mushrooms and added some rice . My dad was so happy my oldest son is waiting for leftovers .
