I like the variations that are presented in the video. One question. When using frozen udon (from japan) the package says to boil the noodles for one minute. Does that mean start the timer once the water starts to boil again. Obviously when i put the frozen noodles in the boiling water the water cools down. So I’m wondering about timing.
