Nice to see your post about skimming fat and grease from soup. Would it be okay if we shared a new technique for removing soup fat quickly and cleanly? By using a small clip-on fan, a directed airstream can push and trap the floating fat to one side of the pot, allowing for instant serving and easy skimming. Best regards, Bill
